These Terms govern your use of the Veloxy service (“Veloxy”, “we”, “us”) at veloxy.top and the underlying mobile-proxy network. By creating an account, paying for, or using a proxy you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
Veloxy provides time-limited rental access to dedicated mobile 4G/5G proxy endpoints located in the United States. Each rental gives you exclusive use of a proxy for the duration of your order. We may rotate the underlying carrier IP on request via our API or dashboard.
2. Accounts
You must keep your password and API keys confidential. Activity that occurs through your credentials is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise, automated abuse, or fraudulent payment.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the service for, or in connection with:
- any activity prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction in which the proxy IP terminates;
- distribution of malware, phishing, credential-stuffing campaigns, or carding;
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form;
- denial-of-service or other infrastructure attacks against third parties;
- circumventing security or rate-limit controls of services that explicitly forbid such use in their terms.
We reserve the right to disable any proxy or account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this section, without prior notice and without refund of the remaining rental period.
4. Payments and refunds
Service is paid for in cryptocurrency through our payment processor (Heleket). Prices are denominated in USD; the equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the time of invoice. Once a proxy is provisioned and active, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If we are unable to provision the ordered proxy for technical reasons, the amount is automatically credited to your account balance and may be used for a subsequent order or, on request, refunded to the originating crypto address.
5. Service-level commitment
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on the proxy control plane (the dashboard and API). Individual proxy availability depends on the underlying mobile carrier and we do not guarantee specific connection speeds, latency, or IP-rotation success rates beyond commercially reasonable best effort.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Veloxy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloxy’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Veloxy in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
